Recent successes include Buyer Representation for a 46,840 SF distribution warehouse in Riverside, CA; Tenant Representation for a 100,000 SF cross-dock building in Riverside, CA; Tenant Representation for a 60,000 SF industrial building in Riverside, CA; and Tenant Representation for a 40,000 SF industrial property in Riverside, CA. Apex also represented the Seller of a 20,000 SF multi-tenant industrial complex in San Jacinto, CA, and handled both the Buyer and Seller sides of an 18,000 SF warehouse transaction in Hemet, CA, along with Buyer Representation for an 18,000 SF warehouse in Riverside, CA.
