THE APEX PROPERTY GROWTH PROGRAM

The Apex Property Growth Program offers investors the opportunity to participate in the expansion of Apex’s portfolio of commercial and industrial properties. The program is designed for accredited investors and provides two types of fixed-rate investment options, offering a secure way to invest in the thriving commercial real estate market.

Investment Options:

  • Income Notes: Investors receive monthly interest payments, with the principal repaid at maturity.
  • Growth Notes: Interest compounds monthly, with the total accumulated value paid at maturity.

 

Key Features:

  • Minimum Investment: $50,000, with additional investments available in $10,000 increments.
  • Term: 5-year notes, with a 2-year extension option available.
  • Tiered Interest Rates:
    • $50,000 – $499,999: 8.00% annual interest
    • $500,000 – $999,999: 8.25% annual interest
    • $1,000,000+: 8.50% annual interest
  • Early Payback Option: Up to $2M available annually, subject to conditions and fees.
  • Security: Notes are issued by the Apex Secured Income Fund, a diversified portfolio of Apex commercial real estate investments, ensuring robust security for investors.

 

Investment Process:

  1. Review the Apex Private Placement Memorandum (PPM)
  2. Complete the Subscription Agreement
  3. Sign a Commitment Letter
  4. Review Project Funding Summaries for Apex’s commercial real estate opportunities
  5. Sign the Note Purchase Agreement for the investment opportunities you select

The Apex Property Growth Program is available to accredited investors only. Please carefully review all offering documents and consult with your financial advisors before investing.

We facilitate property acquisitions through various capital structures:

  • All Cash: Immediate cash payment at closing.
  • Seller Financing: A note in favor of our seller, secured by a first-position deed of trust, with the remainder paid in cash.
  • Loan Assumption: Taking over existing financing arrangements, with the balance provided in cash.
  • New Financing: Securing a new institutional mortgage, supplemented with cash to complete the purchase.
